      The people in the company are very friendly

      Gets very stressful and management specially the CEO can treat their employee badly publicly in meetings. good for a part of you career but always look for better options.

      Avantages

      The company allows you to own things: and that is the culture instilled within the company. You own stuff.

      Inconvénients

      Most often, decisions are made haphazardly. Things can be fast, but they are too fast most often. Do X. So you try to do X given the limited resources. You operationalize, and that takes time. You execute, and that also takes time. You run out of time. Then the question of "what are the results" come out even without enough time.
