      I've had the privilege of working at this company, and I can confidently say it has been a remarkable experience. There are three key aspects that stand out and make it an exceptional place to work: wonderful colleagues, good exposure with great learning opportunities, and excellent mentors.

      While the company offers a dynamic work environment, it falls short in terms of benefits and internal politics between teams.

      Avantages

      Part of INOAC and Johnson Controls. A growing company at this time. Expanding into the Southern United States.

      Inconvénients

      Being automotive manufacturing there are swings in this industry that cause layoffs and overloads of work as the pendulum swings each way. Intertec is part of this system.

      Avantages

      While it is steadily slipping away, it still features small company charm and agility with support from JCI's manufacturing base and Inoac's foreign relationships.

      Inconvénients

      It has basically become a division within JCI without full financial support and layers of inefficiency that wouldn't exist if it were actually a divison.
