      Avantages

      good exposure to technologies which are in demand in market.

      Inconvénients

      Toxic work culture No such thing as a HR process, they do not even have a portal where company policies are listed. Extremely micro managed by senior management and employees are seen as resources rather than human beings. The work place is also very shaby in an old house which is poorer than a computer training institute (they have better infra). Do not be fooled by positive reviews as mostly they are by the HRs or senior management, it is a torture and a mistake to work in this company.

      Avantages

      Part of INOAC and Johnson Controls. A growing company at this time. Expanding into the Southern United States.

      Inconvénients

      Being automotive manufacturing there are swings in this industry that cause layoffs and overloads of work as the pendulum swings each way. Intertec is part of this system.

      Avantages

      While it is steadily slipping away, it still features small company charm and agility with support from JCI's manufacturing base and Inoac's foreign relationships.

      Inconvénients

      It has basically become a division within JCI without full financial support and layers of inefficiency that wouldn't exist if it were actually a divison.
