      Avantages

      stable company, beats some of the other choices of employment.. well run management but there is a lot of room for improvement

      Inconvénients

      pay is low compared to industry standards; no health benefits, paid time off, no bonuses. employees treated like a number. management doesn't seem to care about the employees.
