      Avantages

      Flexible-ish hours. Decent enough hours. Nice coworkers.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is as dismal / minimal as one would fear. Most of the employees here - even ones who have been here for 1-2+ years - still fall under $29k-$31k annually. That puts most employees here in the lower class, at the BOTTOM 20% of earners.

      Avantages

      Really good people, Management cares about their employees - pay and benefits are very good for a medium sized company.

      Inconvénients

      Parking can sometimes be a challenge and you have to park in a different lot about a block away.

      Flexibility when you don’t abuse it and easy work

      Inconvénients

      Some managers should not be managers. Decisions are not well thought through. Feel like you have to walk on eggshells around management, if you get on their bad side, you get pushed out. Can’t speak up, micromanaged
