      Avantages

      The operations side of employment comes with more perks Some room to grow, but not very far No drug testing Extra days off around vacations (entire week of Christmas) Flexible being late, leaving early in operations side Two 15 minute breaks Workout room with extended breaks if you workout Bonuses

      Inconvénients

      Start with 5 days vacation (but they do give off extra time around holidays) Poor management: Wants to grow but still manages like a small company. Management has their favorites. Strict with time in manufacturing side High turnover rate in the manufacturing side Not enough parking for the number of employees

      Avantages

      Really good people, Management cares about their employees - pay and benefits are very good for a medium sized company.

      Inconvénients

      Parking can sometimes be a challenge and you have to park in a different lot about a block away.

      Avantages

      Flexibility when you don’t abuse it and easy work

      Inconvénients

      Some managers should not be managers. Decisions are not well thought through. Feel like you have to walk on eggshells around management, if you get on their bad side, you get pushed out. Can’t speak up, micromanaged
