      Avantages

      The company had good work-life balance, good benefits for a small company and a pretty transparent management.

      Inconvénients

      Senior management governed by the numbers too much, and had little vision. Management was very micromanaging and discouraged innovation and different approaches. Zero resources and support available for career training and development.

      Interphase Corporation is good company that supports telecommunication and computer industries. It is good in building electronic interface modules and devices.

      Inconvénients

      I have been with Interphase Corporation for a while now and found myself not advancing as I should, because all their challenging positions have been taken, making me feel like I am not exercising my skills to the full potential.
