      Avantages

      There are none! It is a struggle everyday.

      Inconvénients

      No leadership or management skills whatsoever! Depending on who you are and how well you suck up to the 2 gm's, that will determine your future there. No clear processes, duties, or structure. Also, if you are not from Utah, you will be one of the first to get crapped on and laid-off. This place has a very tight inner circle of employees from the corporate office in Utah. It is the "buddy system" at it's finest.

      The management gave me plenty of freedom and trust when learning things about the industry.

      Inconvénients

      I wasn't paid much, but that is kind of expected with a young internship.
