Top notch offices. Excellent challenges if you wish to get experience and learn a lot of IT industry and healthcare. InterSystems has the full range of products from databases until user-end software, and business intelligence solutions, so you can work along all of this areas and get to know a bit from all.
Inconvénients
No methodology. No career path, if you want a company with salary raises and professional growing, InterSystems is not the right for you. The managers has changed so fast than no one can reach any end goal, and you should adapt again and again. The management does not really knows what is happening with their company. Huge operational loss and no control.
