      Avantages

      Benefits are pretty standard. Helping low income individuals and struggling comunities have access to technology feels great! Interconnection's friendly and knowledgable staff are some of the brightest people I have ever worked with. This place has amazing potential!!!

      Inconvénients

      Draconian micro managment, low pay and little to no room for advancement. No clear channels of communication from upper managment. Sometimes ethics fall by the wayside so we can "get product out".

      Avantages

      The non-profit aspect coupled with the mission to 'bridge the digital devide' by providing low cost technology for low-income individuals is an amazing feeling.

      Inconvénients

      A non-profit catering to the low-income demographic doesn't make the most money.
