Then, with private equity investment, we accelerated our growth to a full MSSP and brought in several more organizations on top of that evolving foundation. That kind of scale isn’t easy—and we acknowledge that integration, change, and recalibration have brought both opportunity and growing pains. Not everyone has found that shift to be the right fit. And while we respect and honor the culture that got us here, we also know that building a resilient, modern MSSP at scale requires structure, performance, and evolution.
