Inconvénients
The high expectation of working for a technology led company on the cusp of an energy revolution was quickly diminished by the totally incompetent management. The company is reliant on investors ploughing in money to prop up products that in theory will bring a commercial return. The marketing employed to seduce the investors is without doubt impressive, in fact incredible, really incredible!! However on a different point the comment 'mis-sold' was an often quoted one banded around by the employees - the connection between what was said in the interview process and the reality of working there was so thin I wondered if I had inadvertently walked into the wrong place on my first day! A truly surreal experience - every day was a revelation - Lurching from one dilemma to another, unrealistic expectations, mysteriously staff leaving, rock bottom morale. The worst inept management ever.
