      Avantages

      Possibility of high starting pay. Can work from home. Relatively steady work if on right contract. Good health care

      Inconvénients

      No inflation pay raises. Extra work does not yield any value since not paid by time worked but by a bonus pulled from an end of year bonus pool. Can easily end up working for less than minimum wage for putting in extra hours.

      Avantages

      Working on projects that enhance the business readiness and success for other companies is self-rewarding and a great career with IDSI.

      Inconvénients

      Working remotely from the company headquarters has a sense of being detached from the daily goings-on and company social events, but the company still keeps in touch with the remote worker very well.

      Inconvénients

      Management interaction - No visibility at all Pay raises - It's never ever ever ever going to happen. Even though cost of living allowances were built into the contract nothing was ever passed onto the employee. Information flow - Information about contracts has never been passed to the employee. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY..
