      Avantages

      Many of Intelemark's independent contractors have been on board for more than 5 years. We enjoy the many conveniences of working from home and having somewhat flexible schedules. Nights or weekends are never required. The office and administrative staff are professional and honest. I have gained skills in technology, management, and communication.

      Inconvénients

      Independent contractors are responsible for their own insurance and taxes. It takes a certain level of maturity to work unsupervised and to stay focused and on task.

      Avantages

      remote position, I can not think of any others. It was great when I first started

      Inconvénients

      management, long wait times between project, could be taken off a project at any time without warning, management, lack of communication
