I feel like they always try to do the right thing. That doesn't mean they are mistake free but can be challenged if they are doing something wrong. The people are all great to work with too. The company went completely virtual about 18 months ago and while it was difficult to transition to for some I love working from home or the customers site now.

It felt overly driven by concepts of integrity and courage, which changed the atmosphere of the culture into one of "being evaluated and tested" to see if you could fit in.
