Avantages
Great co workers, although there seems to be a high turnover. Mostly all the employees are friendly and fun. They provide a weekly lunch that's pretty good unless they keep telling the office manager to order it from gross pizza places because they don't want to pay for the good stuff.
Inconvénients
Management/HR is horrible. You never know who you go to with what issues. There's a male manager (I think that's his role. I was told he was HR then I was told that he wasn't)who promises everything, then ignores you when you try to follow up. The female CFO is terrible who is very passive aggressive and pretty much is a bully to everyone she doesn't like the looks of. You can't have a conversation with your colleague while getting coffee because she doesn't like it, yet she can carry on with her group of "favorite" employees anywhere and talk with them and go on walks with them because they are her friends. Yes, the CFO hires her friends. Her favoritism is disgusting. The owner of the company doesn't talk to you if your a designer, or marketing. He only talks to the engineers and he's pretty ignorant to everything going on in his office with the CFO. I wouldn't recommend this company for employment unless they have a new CFO and HR department.
