      Avantages

      Some staff are friendly can be slight bullying.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is too low for counselors. They will tell you pay goes up to 125000 but that is not true.

      Avantages

      Casual Dress Code. Admin available after hours.

      Inconvénients

      I witnessed quite a lot of nepotism. Husbands and wives working at the same location. Owner hiring personal friends from High School and a woman that I worked with was hired and proceeded to get a lead position even though she had no previous experience all because her best friend worked there. Also the owner loved talking about how great he was at staff meetings.Oh and a client who was autistic left the facility and was never found because of neglectful staff.
