      Avantages

      A good conducive working environment

      Inconvénients

      Team Lead/PM miss used power : 1. They wrote bad comments on people who has good working attitude and right skills as they didn't want their position being threatened 2. They hired people who have no any technical skills and good in brushing their shoes. 3. They used unskills people in the project and let the skillful person sitting free to strenghten their position in the office.

      Congenial atmosphere, pay for performance, high regard for employees and their ideas, generous benefits other than vacation, willingness to do what is necessary to win business

      Inconvénients

      Limited vacation benefit; suffering some growing pains such as lack of procedures in some cases and too much in others

      Avantages

      Great products with capable support but poor mangement concentrating on raising stock prices and selling the company is starting to weather the core of the company. Intec will be sold or dismantled within 2 years.

      Inconvénients

      Intec has no concern for employees, no sense of loyalty and if you are not British you will never be promoted above mid-management
