      Avantages

      Out of all the jobs I've had it's been the best place to work - varied work, a good mix of people with a great employee culture, strong employee engagement, a positive attitude to development and improvement, and plenty opportunity for development.

      Inconvénients

      The removal of employee engagement in the home claims department impacted badly on staff morale. Annualised hours aren't for everyone.

      Avantages

      Great people, there is almost always someone there to help you when you have questions. They tend to usually work the schedule around other commitments that employees have except during during busy season

      Inconvénients

      They do not pay attention to problems that arise between employees and management at times and sometimes management involves itself in the problem and makes it worst. They are not big on seniority as the company has fired people that have worked here for more then 8 years. And it's a very repetitive job with little to no chance of moving up in the company
