      Avantages

      You can have a good career with little skill due to the poor interview process.

      Inconvénients

      Company has potential but it poorly ran. Relies on historic name but delivers little. Lots of people in senior positions with no relevant experience that leads to poor decision making and a difficult environment to work in. Low pay and the mass exodus of staff has left an impact with people feeling undervalued and over worked.

      Avantages

      Great people, there is almost always someone there to help you when you have questions. They tend to usually work the schedule around other commitments that employees have except during during busy season

      Inconvénients

      They do not pay attention to problems that arise between employees and management at times and sometimes management involves itself in the problem and makes it worst. They are not big on seniority as the company has fired people that have worked here for more then 8 years. And it's a very repetitive job with little to no chance of moving up in the company
