Avantages
- Stable company, does very well financially. - Nice people. - Lots of volunteer work.
Inconvénients
-Opportunities for career growth can be challenging, empty promises and you end up chasing your tail. -Workloads are out of control in every department. You have 10% of the staff doing 90% of the work and the rest are either on smoke breaks or surfing the net while the ones that actually do stress and care about their jobs end up doing all the work. -Pay is a joke. You have the workload of 3 ppl and yet there are new hires that come in with more pay then the experienced ones. -Lots of annoying people! Where do they find them? I question the hiring process too. -Way too much favortism. _Finally the trainees/graduate program they have is a great way to promote ppl in the insurance industry however, they are promised to become sr. u/w's or even managers at the end of the 3 yr program which is a complete joke. Way too much emphasis is put on them and for some reason hold them in high regards when they can't even do the job.
