      Avantages

      Salary was comparable with the industry average. Yearly salary Increases did not reflect the actual work accomplished and if it was on time and under budget.

      Inconvénients

      Work environment trend was to accomplish more with less staff / compitent help. This impacted negatively more and more the "work / life" ballance.
