A fantastic customer service role where being robotic you will be rewarded. Good entry level place to start in working the phones and becoming more confident speaking to customers - Office location is great for lunch

Training was quite pointless towards the actual role at hand, very much felt like being back at school

Management are all to friendly when hunting you down
No free car park for staff - Understandable given the location
