Product has clear market-fit. Customers are non-profits and grant writers, so the work feels good. Company off-sites are a blast. Remote first culture. High velocity with a modern tech stack.

Teams and efforts are spread thin (standard startup behavior). Comp is fair. Code / product without clear ownership.

I've worked at Instrumentl for the past two years and can honestly say its been a great experience. Leadership is sharp, supportive, and low-ego. The product has unbelievable product-market fit. Customers love it, and it actually delivers real ROI to the user. Comp is strong and clear. If you perform, you’ll do great here. Leadership is transparent, targets are doable, and there’s real opportunity to grow with the company.

I don't have much for cons. Being in sales, you can spot a bad working environment with unrealistic quotas from a mile away. Instrumentl has been the opposite of that, and the company is growing rapidly.
