Avantages
First off, the technology within the platform we offer is THE BEST I've seen over my entire career. It's a huge reason I made the jump. Completely no code built specifically for insurance - the possibilities for our clients are endless. There has been a great emphasis in my time here for the UK leadership to work more closely/efficiently with the US team and they truly listen and value the opinions of employees and put things into action. The team overall is extremely talented in all segments of the org in the US and the commission structure for sales in particular is by far the best I've seen (payouts on multiple years as well).
Inconvénients
Naturally, there are challenges working for a global tech company vying for brand recognition and market share, but mostly the fact that we are 5 hours behind the UK, so communication can be tough, although there's been major efforts to make that better. If that's my biggest "con" I can think of, that's fine by me.
