As part of new strategy company is investing heavily on building many new organic product lines which generate lot of learning and growth opportunities for employees. Very friendly, professional and diverse work environment feeds lots of innovative ideas on daily basis.
Inconvénients
Not as such, since company has been in transformation phase. There are many new ideas, processes and practices being design and defined. This will mature over time and keep the operation easy and simple in future.
