Avantages
Opportunity to learn a lot Multiple shifts Depending on the department, excellent perks
Inconvénients
Dead end job, you’re told if you work hard you will move up, but there’s people that started at the bottom and years later they are Still at the bottom. Most of the people there are miserable and the managers and team leads barely show up for work. Bare minimum pay, these are college educated people making $12-15/hr.. working in IT Micromanagement, other departments get to walk around. If you’re working in the NOC you’re expected to sit there the entire shift, when you take a break people watch you and the time. There’s recreation games that other departments get to enjoy, NOC people have the least freedom, least pay, and worst schedule. Poor training Favoritism Unprofessional team leads
