I have worked at Insight Global for just over five months and it has been a very rewarding and educational experience. Out of the job offers I received after college, this is the only company that stuck out and I immediately accepted the position and have not regretted it since. When I arrived to the office on my first day, the Insight Global team welcomed me with open arms and immediately made me part of their tightly knit family. My coworkers have become my closet friends not only because we share similar attributes but mostly because we are all working for a common goal- which is helping people to attain their goals in a time of economic adversity. Insight Global is a great place to start a career and learn how to interact in the business world. The structure here is unlike any other. It is an aggressive, fast-paced, yet friendly environment that is a perfect balance between working hard and having fun. It is an environment in which you will be challenged and pushed to commit yourself. For those who are committed, the sky is the limit at Insight Global. Anything is achievable for those who work hard and work for a purpose. The best part about this is Insight Global promotes upward mobility within their own employees by inspiration and encouragement on their quest for greatness and success. Something that I have noticed that sets us apart from any other staffing company is everyone’s focus on customer care. Everyone here, no matter what role they are in, genuinely cares for each of their clients, contractors, and candidates. Relationships are built every day and that is because each employee strives to make everyone feel important and appreciated.
Inconvénients
I really do not have a con for Insight Global. I work hard every day and for some, the work may be too much but what entry level position does not make you put in the necessary hours in order to succeed?
