      Avantages

      Insight Global is a great company to work for. They are experts in recruiting people. They seem to have a lot of major clients in many industries. They were able to position me with the very first client I got introduced to. I have been treated with respect and professionalism throughout my time with the company. Every person I have dealt with there has been great. They pay on time, and are flexible about what kind of contract options you want.

      I have not at this time it was a great contracting experience.

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Inconvénients

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
