      Avantages

      I have been working at Insight Global for a year now and have had an amazing experience. It takes a unique type of person to work here because nobody here is entitled to success, but we all work hard for it and have earned our success. I moved to the Phoenix office, after relocating from North Carolina. Everyone in this office welcomed me with open arms and I can honestly say that I get to work with some of my best friends every day.

      Inconvénients

      This job demands a lot of effort and determination, which leaves no room for laziness. Like I said before, Insight Global isn’t for everyone, but rather for those who want to earn their money!

      Avantages

      Fast hiring process, responsive contacts, easy to follow process and documentation and the usual optional benefits for a contractual employee and they do have an option for 401k after a 3 months of employment.

      Inconvénients

      None that I can think of. I have never missed a paycheck from them.

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Inconvénients

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
