      Add to previous responses, I'm working with Tim Silva and Jamie Campisano at Insight Global, and this is awesome, I will try be concrete: today all promises realized, salary always on schedule, all my questions was resolved very quickly. And little more, please, will imagine situation, for my interview, Jemie organized meeting at 7:20AM, because I asked her about it. This deserves great respect.

      Inconvénients

      I don't know about whole company, but if you will have experience with Jamie and Tim, I sure, you will be grateful them.

      Avantages

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Inconvénients

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
