      Avantages

      Stable. If they have a client with a long term contract you can be assured that there is job security in that.

      Inconvénients

      No PTO. Benefits are mediocre. Not the worst but not the best. No opportunities for advancement but thats because they work off the model that they hope you get hired on as an FTE via the client. But if the client isnt hiring then you're just stuck unless you find another job.

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Inconvénients

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
