      Avantages

      My team is the best! I feel so supported and set up for success! I feel like for my first job post grad it has taught me true grit and determination. This job is definitely challenging, but so worth it!

      Inconvénients

      The job is filled with ebbs and flows. Not necessarily the worst thing but you need to have a neutral mindset.

      Avantages

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Inconvénients

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
