      Avantages

      The enthusiastic advocacy from both Erica Yoskosky and Gabby Corral is a kind of respect I haven’t experienced at any other employer. Their jobs have to be complicated, purely because as an account manager and recruiter there are a lot of different parties you have to please. They accomplish so much, but somehow I never see them sweat, they’re always cheerful and on top of things, and I feel like a priority to them 100% of the time. I don’t know how they do it, but Erica and Gabby are fantastic!

      Inconvénients

      Health insurance premiums are very expensive.

      Great company to work for- competitive comp plan and you can make really good money.

      Inconvénients

      It’s hard work but if you are willing to put it in it pays off

      Avantages

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Inconvénients

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
