Good place to get feet wet; entry level positions. Nice facilities. Attempts to stay current with logo change, etc.
Inconvénients
Poor health insurance, no room to advance - salary policy very peculiar. 5-7% max increase; even when changing roles - regardless of tenure, experience, etc.

Thank you for your time to write a review. Before we hire externally, we look internally first and are proud of the fact that we promote internally more than 50% of the time. Regarding benefits, we have invested in various health care solutions for our teammates. This investment includes a competitive insurance plan, a Health Savings Account, an on-site health center in Arizona, one preferred network in Chicago, along with a variety of other wellness initiatives. One of our focuses is to ensure our teammates have access to resources they need to keep themselves and their families healthy. Regarding pay, we do monitor and adjust our compensation levels across roles and geographies to ensure our compensation levels are competitive. We are always striving to ensure we are well positioned to reward our sales teammates for their contributions. We take feedback seriously and I have provided your review to leadership.
Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.
Inconvénients
Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
