The leadership is very clueless on how to view sales teams. They do not care about the reps at all. They change comp plans in the middle of the quarter, they take 2 months to roll out goals and then they are so messed up that you cannot go back so you end up losing income due to those errors. The internal system is sooooo slow. Sometimes days and even weeks to get orders processed. This company is made for large enterprise customers. So any mid-market business is an afterthought. STAY AWAY. You will live longer.
