Avantages

Enjoyed working at Insight for many years. Colleagues were mostly really nice and kind. Benefits are good. It is always very busy though. Every team is always looking for more revenue which keeps them busy and challenged.

Inconvénients

You need to fight hard for salary increases and there is lots of politics involved. Also a lot of administrative tasks for every task.

Avantages

Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

Inconvénients

Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
