      Inability to deliver solutions effectively and efficiently Lack of consistent leadership to solve problems and be present for our customers Zero transparency when it comes to issue resolution and decision making Severely underpaid compared to industry peers Little to no opportunity to increase OTE year over year due to constantly changing commission rates

      Avantages

      Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
