I have just started so I havent got a lot to say, but what I do say is compared to my former employer (Capita)
Its a lot more confortable to work here, the people are really helpful and I feel welcome.
It is not fast paced (compared to capita) and you dont get in trouble for everything you might do wrong; you actuualy get help.
Inconvénients
Like i said I havent been here for too long (just over 2 months) but i havent picked up anything negative as of yet.

Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.
Inconvénients
Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
