      Avantages

      Energetic sales company. Lots of perks for working there, concerts, sporting events, shows. Fun people. Company provides Great benefits for there employees!

      Inconvénients

      Management never shows praise for a job well done. Insight would rather higher people outside the company then promote within. Job roles are always changing, so if you did well one quarter its different the next.

      Avantages

      Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
