Insight is an awesome place to work, people genuinely care, and the culture (big on not assuming negative intent) is built around supporting each other and doing meaningful work. The company encourages new ideas, and gives you the tools to grow. Honestly, it’s the kind of environment where you feel proud of the team you’re part of and who you work with. It may not always succeed at what it wants to do, but leadership is always willing to listen and talk to people. Our senior leaders are all approachable, and its more of a family. Also their AI adoption has been fantastic, we have access to Copilot, Claude, and Gemini and all have appropriate guardrails as well.

Insight as such a large company can be slow to get moving or adjust. Also the medical benefits are only ehh

Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
