Avantages
When I joined, I had that typical first-job tension — what if I mess up, what if I don’t know anything? 😅 But honestly, the vibe here was very different from what I had imagined. People actually took the time to explain things and never made me feel silly for asking questions that, looking back now, even I would call basic. What really surprised me is that people remember your progress here — and forgive early mistakes. Even the smallest improvements get noticed. You’re never made to feel invisible, unimportant, or like just another cog in the wheel. That’s honestly what’s kept me going! Work pressure-wise, not saying it’s super chill — the daily pace, research tasks, and attention to detail definitely keep you on your toes. But help always feels just a few chairs away. Bit by bit, I’ve grown more confident. And now I’ve even started guiding some of the newer folks — feels like a full circle moment!
Inconvénients
Honestly, the only real challenge is trying to stick to a diet here 😅 — there's always a cake cutting, celebration, or someone treating the team for hitting a big milestone. Birthdays, work anniversaries, promotions, welcoming boomerang employees, even colleagues getting into international premier institutions — everything gets celebrated. It’s lovely, but my fitness goals are suffering!
