      Sorry There are none. Only the colleague which share the pain with you.

      Inconvénients

      Day night shifts. No extra pay. They will put you in support and will make fake promises. There is hardly any senior person with whom you can rely on. The worst team is the CometChat team which is managed by really shameless people who look for their own benefits. No Good Pay. No Bonus, Increments are a joke. Really needs to be done something about this.

      Pros: Some interesting projects with potential for technical growth. Exposure to a variety of technologies. Co-workers are generally friendly and supportive.

      Inconvénients

      Cons: Strict Timing & Overwork: The company has a very rigid approach to working hours. There’s little room for flexibility, and you’re expected to stick to a strict schedule regardless of circumstances. Low Salary & High Workload: The salary is significantly lower than industry standards for the amount of work expected. You're often required to work late nights and weekends, but there’s little compensation or appreciation for the extra time. Unrealistic Expectations: The workload can feel overwhelming, and there’s a constant pressure to deliver more without additional resources or proper time management. The balance between work and personal life is hard to maintain.
