      Avantages

      Inrad has some pretty good technology and know-how considering the small size of the company. Amazingly there are still some technicians there who are some of the best in the business.

      Inconvénients

      Inrad has a demotivating culture and the worst communication I have ever seen. For a small company with less than 100 employees there is no excuse for lack of communication.

      Avantages

      Very knowledgeable people, everyone is willing to teach what they know. Lots of different, interesting things to work on. Investments in people and equipment happening at accelerating pace. Loads of work in the pipeline so very secure and stable future.

      Inconvénients

      Lots of errors from the past still being corrected. Need more people to help push in the right direction. Output not keeping up with orders.

      The only pro would be paid time off

      Inconvénients

      Erratic or non existent management, horrible pay. Old unventilated, unreliable equipment.
