      - Leadership/managers do not treat you like a person - Once you're chosen as a non-favorite, your life gets very hard - Your time will be tracked by the minute and if you don't track over 40 hours, you will get reprimanded - Disorganized processes

      Avantages

      Opportunity for gaining experience: - Account management - Project management - Client relationship building - Budget management - Leading meetings - Growing independence and confidence as a manager Other Pros: - Nice remote work option - Nice office space

      Inconvénients

      - Culture is based in perfectionism - Any mistake is duly and will be used against you - Compensation is much lower than industry standard and with minimal opportunity for impactful raises/promotions - Overall uncomfortable culture where you do not feel you can trust anyone (and you shouldn't) - Leadership is fragile and easily threatened - Team largely lacking in diversity of any kind
