      Avantages

      Good people, the workforce has pride in their work, collaboration and teamwork, generally good compensation, about standard level of benefits and 401K matching.

      Inconvénients

      Investment in some unproven technologies are done at the cost of proven technologies. The state of the economy has required hard choices, but not always good decisions.

      Avantages

      I felt the dynamics of my group promoted a healthy and challenging work environment. Never got bored, always had opporutnities to learn and grow technically. I also enjoyed a flexible work schedule which was critical to me. The afterhours demands were plenty but there was always appropriate functional overlap.

      Inconvénients

      Upper management's communication to the employees was often vague and this fostered suspicion regarding the direction of the company which ultimately proved to be right on.
