      current employees were all friendly and helpful. flexible work hours, management definitely cared about employees. learned quite a bit through training, book clubs, and work experience

      Inconvénients

      work environment was very relaxed in terms of language and dress code.

      la gestion était super, personne ne micro-gère, vous avez la capacité de prendre le contrôle

      Inconvénients

      le salaire pourrait être augmenté, et une sorte de structure de bonus basée sur la performance serait appréciée

      Avantages

      Small, supportive environment. Get to interact with large companies because of the customer base.

      Inconvénients

      Hard to change the roles of some folks (from upper management to lower level) who have been there a very long time. Can be resistant to change (as in "We've always done it that way.."_)
