Terrible annual raise (if any), no cost of living adjustments, no union, bad management - rarely do they listen to your suggestions for improvement, extremely short staffing makes a stressful environment for the team, PTO is restricted for 6 months out of the year, heavy favoritism, inconsistent start times for day shift, no career advancement opportunities, bad hospital culture
