      Avantages

      Treats each associate as a valued asset, where they are allowed to utilize their strengths. Associates are encouraged to continuously learn and grow. A very team oriented culture without silos or cumbersome red tape. Decisions are made quickly and associates are recognized for their accomplishments.

      Inconvénients

      Innovize is a relatively small company at 100+ employees, so some of the advantages of a large company do not exist, like exercise facilities.
