      Avantages

      The company is like an Agency for all NGO work. You do proposal making, donor scouting, meeting with donor, project designing, and implementation. And for donors they have assessment and all implementation related things. My experience is also very good at the company as the work we do is making a lot of impact. The salary is also very high paid. So work demand is also very good for all of us.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes we get late to home because some NGOs are not due diligence aware so we have to do some outside work for them.

      I have been working at Fiinovation for more than 3 years, and it is a very good place to work. The work environment is positive and supportive. I have learned many new things and improved my skills here. The team is helpful, and the management is also supportive. Overall, it is a great place for career growth.
